We accept all major credit and debit cards.

 

If you would like time to pay we provide you with spread the cost payment plans for all treatments this option is subject to status/affordability, please ask for this option at your consultation.

Policy

Refunds & Booking Policy

​

We have a strict policy all Booking fee's and treatment costs are non refundable, If for some reason you become unable to have the treatment booked you can reschedule twice for up to 8 weeks providing you have given notice within 48hrs. 

​

Booking fee's are £50 for treatments up to £300 and £100 for treatments £300+.

​

Booking fee's must be paid every time you book an appointment no matter how many times you have visited the clinic and can be made via transfer details will be provided at booking.

Cancellation & Reschedules Policy

Please give 48hrs notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, cancellations incur the cost of the deposit please be sure about your treatment before paying your deposit.
